Separately, the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff has ominously admitted that open borders and immigration provides an opportunity for ISIS terrorists to enter the country.

If the Chairman has admitted this then he should send our US military to the border to protect our homeland.

It is pure hogwash to use the rule of “posse comitatus” which does limit military involvement domestically but there are exceptions and border security is one of them. To that point using our military on our International Border against foreign trespassers/invaders is legal.

Despite the proximity of this large Army post to the Mexican border, the Obama administration has shown no inclination to deploy the National Guard or active duty military assets to assist the overwhelmed Border Patrol in sealing off the border from a surge of illegal immigrants from Central America as well as all over the world, including apparently from the Middle East, many of whom are getting into the country undetected.

Until we throw off the chains of the politically correct governing elite and their lapdog media we will continue to degrade as a nation. The multi-cultural globalists’ ideology fails to see that allowing large numbers of legal or illegal migrations from various cultures into their countries will result in national suicide. Within the next 20 years Europe and Great Britainwill become majority Muslim. Unless a political or military 180 takes place her,e the U.S will follow suit.

Two star Major General Harold Greene was killed in Afghanistan on August 8, 2014

while serving his country in pride for 34 years. He was the highest ranking officer

The militarized police response we saw in Ferguson did not work. All it did was violate the rights of peaceful protesters and media, alienate the community, and make our country look even more like a police state, with big, intimidating displays of heavily armed, militarized officers, in full “battle-rattle” and backed by BearCat type armored vehicles, firing CS gas and rubber bullets into peaceful protesters and even at media personnel,while failing to stop those relative few who were actually looting, throwing Molotov cocktails, and shooting.

One retired Special Forces veteran in our group suggested that instead of grouping the police officers in large blocks (50 to 100 men), that you should break up these groups into rapid reaction teams of 20 to 25 officers and disperse them, staging them in places spread around Ferguson, with a focus on the looters, not the protesters. Our intelligence and police veterans concurred, and added that you should also task some officers to go out in street clothes to blend in to the crowds and work as Scouts, identifying threats and looters.

Missouri Ahead of the Game in Dealing with Illegal Immigrants

In 2007, the Missouri General Assembly approved HJR 7 to place on the ballot a proposed constitutional amendment designating English as the official language of Missouri.

Voters then went to the polls and approved the measure with nearly 90 percent voting in favor. With that, English became the official language for all governmental proceedings in Missouri. It also means no individual has the right to demand government services in a language other than English. A common language is the cornerstone of a cohesive and united state and country. Ensuring that English is our official language is simply common sense.

Another measure that directly addresses the issue of illegal immigration was passed in 2008. HB 1549 requires our Highway Patrol and other law enforcement officials to verify the immigration status of any person arrested, and inform federal authorities if the person is found to be here illegally.

It also allows Missouri law enforcement officers to receive training to enforce federal immigration laws. Furthermore, the bill makes it clear that illegal immigrants will not have access to taxpayer benefits such as food stamps and health care through MO HealthNet. With the passage of this legislation, Missouri sent a clear message that illegal immigrants are not welcome in our state, and that they are certainly not welcome to receive public benefits at the cost of Missouri taxpayers.

The House tonight adopted H.R. 5230, the $694 million emergency supplemental spending bill for the border surge crisis, by a vote of 223-189. As part of the package, the House passed Rep. Marsha Blackburn’s (R-Tenn.) bill ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program by a vote of 216-192-1.

Before passage, the House amended H.R. 5230 to add language from a bill by Republicans John Carter (Tex.) and Robert Aderholt (Ala.) that revises the 2008 human trafficking law. The language allows illegal aliens from non-contiguous countries to either leave immediately upon being caught or, if they choose to stay, to be processed and removed like aliens from Mexico or Canada.

Rep. Blackburn’s bill (H.R. 5272) defunds the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which Republicans said dramatically expanded the surge of unaccompanied alien children.

The State of Texas has constitutional power to engage in genuine war if (a) actually invaded or (b) “in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.” Note that this is either-or. Meanwhile, Texas has been invaded. And Texas is also under “such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.” Both.

Texas would have the authority to actually send its National Guard into Mexico. So clearly Texas has the authority to put troops on its own border and defend Texas, including by arresting anyone trying to cross.

Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution lays out that “[t]he United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”

Article I, Section 10, of the United States Constitution makes clear that “[n]o State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace … or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.” (Emphasis added.)

Any border state can send State guard or militia to the border to make arrest and to use deadly force and not be in violation of the Posse comitatus Act .

The federal government has posted signs along a major interstate highway in Arizona, more than 100 miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border, warning travelers the area is unsafe because of drug and alien smugglers, and a local sheriff says Mexican drug cartels now control some parts of the state

The signs were posted by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) along a 60-mile stretch of Interstate 8 between Casa Grande and Gila Bend, a major east-west corridor linking Tucson and Phoenix with San Diego

Our United State Military is ignoring the illegal invasion on our border.

They are in violation of their oath to protect and defend the Constitution and the country from all enemies foreign and domestic.

That oath does not say to defend unconstitutional laws and illegal orders. It does not say defend a political agenda or corrupt politicians. It does not say defend the dictator, If the laws contradict the USMJ and the Constitution of these United States. The people in the Armed forces are duty bound not to carry out the order.

The only Government agency that can defend our borders is the US Military.

ObamaCare: Death by paperwork

The Department of Health and Human Services, or HHS, is the biggest culprit, responsible for 90 million hours a year of ObamaCare paperwork chores. Most are foisted on hospitals, doctors, insurers and local governments.

Because it includes the IRS, Treasury is the No. 2 culprit, with paperwork requirements up 23 percent this year. The IRS is ObamaCare’s chief enforcer; paperwork misery will continue to soar, especially if and when the employer mandate goes into effect.

ObamaCare gives the IRS 46 new functions, including collecting new taxes and exchanging information about you, your family and your income with HHS and state insurance exchanges.

For example, the IRS requires employers to report the value of insurance you get through work in a new box on your W-2, even though it’s not taxable (yet).

And dealing with the IRS is no longer a once-a-year affair. Have a baby, change jobs or get a divorce, and the IRS will be recalculating your insurance compliance and eligibility for premium subsidies.

“It’s unprecedented in recent history, the amount of responsibility the IRS is being given in an area that most people don’t think of as an IRS function,” J. Russell George, a tax official, told Congress last March.

White Sox Poncho Promotion Makes Stadium Look Like a KKK Rally

The Chicago White Sox thought they had a great promotion idea by giving fans White Sox rain ponchos to wear in the stands during the July 2 game. Unsurprisingly they were produced in a brilliant white color. The problem only became obvious when fans started putting the things on, giving TV viewers the feeling that the stands were filled with pointy KKK hoods.

The ponchos were welcomed by the fans in the stands, of course, because it was a rainy day, but it sure didn’t make for a desirable visual for Chicago’s South Side team.
