They state that even though the federal government “is spending this country into the ground,” the best way to stop this abuse of power is to add new restrictions to those already included in the original contract (the Constitution) that forbid this type of overreach.

Those of us opposing an Article V convention, however, believe that the best way to stop the federal government’s constant disregard of constitutional limits on its power is for states (the principals) to enforce those limits.

We realize that the federal government will treat any new amendment restricting its authority the same way they treat those already in the contract.

Why.

The Federal government is shutting down the cattle ranchers in Nevada using their Unconstitutional Bureau of Land management. If they are doing it in Nevada it surely must be happening in other states.

The cumulative affect of negative government regulations over the ranchers has most likely contributed to the highest beef prices since 1987.

What the US Constitution authorizes to the Federal Government.

Article I, Section 8, paragraph 17

, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;—And

The Federal government only has authority over land that they have purchased with permission from the state.

They do not have control over State owned or County owned land.

At 1750 hours ET, I was contacted by my source within the Department of Homeland Security regarding the current situation at the Bundy Ranch. To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public. This source stated that the retreat of the BLM agents and the release of the cattle was actually crafted as a potential plan yesterday (Friday, 11 April 2014) based on the following:

1. A military assessment of satellite and drone surveillance imagery of the “patriot resistance. Drones under the control of the U.S. military were in use, taking real-time photographic images of not just the activity at the ranch, but “identifying the protesters, any arms and any supplies they might have or be carrying. “Mission accomplished.”

2. Real-time communication intercepts between patriots on-site and their off-site support;

3. Active monitoring of internet traffic regarding the coverage of events at ranch;

4. The monitoring of real-time video from the scene.

This source stated that a response by the patriot movement was anticipated, although exceeded their expectations. Although this was a real operation, they also ran this as a test case for future government operations once they saw the response. They were also actively managing the media, in some cases threatening to cut off White House access to anyone covering the event.

Despite this, the coverage by the alternative media began to create a public relations problem that was not easily managed. Note the lack of acknowledgment by the White House regarding this event. They are intentionally framing it as a state issue, despite the fact that all federal response has been and continues to be from the White House. There is a reason for this – a reason that has not been identified in any of the public reports to date. I will explain in further detail in a follow-up report on Sunday, after this source attends [redacted] to obtain more specific information about future federal operations. Regardless, according to this source, the government will take back ‘their land’ as they must to fulfill international obligations. It was never about grazing rights or anything other than (1) “securing clear title” to the land, and (2) further demonizing any patriotic resistance. It is my understanding, based on the information from this source, that it is a critical task to create a situation that will also advance their agenda of gun control and confiscation.

I Googled him and read the Washington Post article which was much more detailed and enlightening. He has appealed, – thank God.

Lt. Col Matthew Dooley, a West Point graduate and highly decorated combat veteran, was an instructor at the Joint Forces Staff College at the National Defense University. He had 19 years of service and experience, and was considered one of the most highly qualified military instructors on Radical Islam & Terrorism.

He taught military students about the situations they would encounter, how to react, about Islamic culture, traditions, and explained the Mindset of Islamic extremists. Passing down firsthand knowledge and experience, and teaching courses that were suggested (and approved) by the Joint Forces Staff College.

The course, “Perspectives on Islam and Islamic Radicalism”,which was suggested and approved by the Joint Forces Staff College, caught the attention of several Islamic Groups, and they wanted to make an example of him. They collectively wrote a letter expressing their outrage, and the Pro-Islamic Obama Administration was all too happy to assist.

The letter was passed to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Martin Dempsey. Dempsey publicly degraded and reprimanded Dooley, and Dooley received a negative Officer Evaluation Report almost immediately (which he had aced for the past 5 years). He was relieved of teaching duties, and his career has been red-flagged “He had a brilliant career ahead of him.

Now, he has been flagged.”Richard Thompson, Thomas More Law Center “All US military Combatant Commands, Services, the National Guard Bureau, and Joint Chiefs are under Dempsey’s Muslim Brotherhood-dictated order to ensure thathenceforth, no

Backlash against immigration plan floods Boehner’s website

When House Speaker John A. Boehner posted online the GOP’s new immigration principles, including legalizing most illegal immigrants, he allowed comments. And they are brutal.

The standards were posted on Monday and by Friday at 11 a.m. there were nearly 4,500 comments, and they were overwhelmingly opposed to what Mr. Boehner was proposing.

Can you trust him? I don’t.

Boehner says no immigration deal until Obama enforces laws

Chances for a broad immigration bill to pass this year took a major hit Thursday when House Speaker John A. Boehner ruled out any action until President Obama proves to Republicans’ satisfaction that he is serious about enforcing the laws and no longer will try to work around Congress.

Just a week after Mr. Boehner appeared to jump-start chances for immigration by releasing House Republican principles for a bill, his comments erased most of that momentum.

It is hard to believe that Republican leadership think AMNESTY is either the right thing to do or that somehow the Republican party will flourish by capturing the Hispanic vote when the truth is that amnestied immigrants have and will overwhelming vote Democrat.

Never has FLIMEN seen such money and organization on the pro-AMNESTY/non-enforcementside. Never have we seen USA under such threat especially given Liberal Opinion Media blackout on the negative aspects of anything liberal or anything called AMNESTY. It is important not to get discouraged and remember we have stopped AMNESTY for 14 years, almost always under the premise that ‘Comprehensive Immigration Reform’ will happen. Every time for 14 years patriotic citizens have banded together to save our nation from huge lies and a gigantic mistake. We MUST do it again!!!!

While there are many issues at stake in America today, it is time for each of us to zero-in on this single-most devastating threat of amnesty that will flood our job market and inundate our landwith up to 33 million permanent foreignworkers in just the next 10 years (SB744). The sympathizers of illegal immigration generally don’t deny that immigration laws still won’t be enforced. Without immigration enforcement illegal immigration will likely accelerate after AMNESTY so where is the solution? The truth is that their solution will be a gigantic mistake capable of accelerating our nation’s decline or even collapsing our fractionalized, heavily unemployed, nearly bankrupt country.

As we feared, the Republican leadership drafted immigration “principles” that sell out Americancitizens and American workers. The major difference with the Senate immigration bill is that the “path to citizenship” is slower and less automatic. In fact, it sounds a lot like the 1986 amnesty, the Grand Compromise of “amnesty now, enforce immigration laws later,” that led to our current crisis.

Their principles state, “There will be a zero tolerance policy for those who cross the border illegally or overstay their visas in the future.”

Are Boehner, Cantor, and McCarthy saying that right now it’s fine to sneak into the country illegally and has been since 1986? And, just how are they going to enforce this future “zero tolerance” policy?

However, Bitcoin’s purpose as a medium of exchange is questionable due to its price volatility, Bitcoin is no legal tender, and hacking into Bitcoin account holders can be a problem.

Most economists would agree that a market-based economy runs more efficiently if it operates on one monetary unit as opposed to multiple monetary units.

Because Congress was granted the authority “to coin money and regulate the value thereof” in the Article I of the U.S. Constitution, it is exploring how to oversee and control virtual money such as Bitcoin via tax requirements through the IRS, offshoring, and “Homeland Security confronting the rise of virtual currencies.”

Just a word of caution. I recently saw a video about a fire which had started because a home owner put “dead” batteries in a bag for recycling, put them in the garage until a trip to the recycling center. BUT the house caught fire. The fire was traced back to the batteries.

According to fire department, we are to store old batteries with electrical tape across terminals (if that’s the right word) so contact can’t be made. Specifically, he was talking about 9 volt. Just something to keep in mind.

After reading this, I went through and “stacked” my own used batteries with the terminal ends facing in the same direction. Great advice.

Rep. Diane Black, Tennessee Republican, thought she’d nixed the office last year when Congress passed a spending bill defunding the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Public Advocate.

But the Obama administration renamed the office, keeping the same director and personnel under a new title of Community Outreach.

On New Year’s Eve, Lauren Bump, 24, was stabbed to death in Schnabel Park in San Antonio, TX. Illegal alien, Christian Ivan Bautista, 29 was later arrested for the murder. Bautista’s roommate told police that he saw Bautista carrying a knife that day and when he asked about the knife Bautista told him he had “stuck” Bump and “cut her up” before disposing of the weapon. Bautista’s was later found and arrested at the same park after trying to approach another woman. Bautista was just released from prison for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon on October 29, 2013 with no restrictions. He was released after a five year sentence for the 2008 conviction, his release did not fall under the guidelines for parole or community supervision. Another headache for New Jersey’s Christie: class-action lawsuit

A personal injury lawyer from Fort Lee, New Jersey, filed the case in federal court on behalf of six local residents who missed work or suffered other alleged damages due to the traffic jam last September. Many more people could join the plaintiffs if the court allows the case to become a class action.
