AMENDED BORDER SECURITY BILL PASSES HOUSE COMMITTEE
Wednesday, 1.21.15 the House Committee on Homeland Security passed an amended version H.R. 399, the Secure our Borders First Act of 2015, by a vote of 18-to-12. The bill, introduced by Rep. Mike McCaul (R-Texas), would require the Secretary of Homeland Security to gain and maintain operational control of the international borders of the United States.
Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) also voiced his concerns in a statement released before the markup:
The Chairman McCaul proposal does not include the following reforms needed to achieve a sound immigration system: it does not end catch-and-release; it does not require mandatory detention and return; it does not include worksite enforcement; it does not close dangerous asylum and national security loopholes; it does not cut-off access to federal welfare; and it does not require completion of the border fence. Surprisingly, it delays and weakens the longstanding unfulfilled statutory requirement for a biometric entry-exit visa tracking system.

AMENDED BORDER SECURITY BILL PASSES HOUSE COMMITTEE
Wednesday, 1.21.15 the House Committee on Homeland Security passed an amended version H.R. 399, the Secure our Borders First Act of 2015, by a vote of 18-to-12. The bill, introduced by Rep. Mike McCaul (R-Texas), would require the Secretary of Homeland Security to gain and maintain operational control of the international borders of the United States.
Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) also voiced his concerns in a statement released before the markup:
The Chairman McCaul proposal does not include the following reforms needed to achieve a sound immigration system: it does not end catch-and-release; it does not require mandatory detention and return; it does not include worksite enforcement; it does not close dangerous asylum and national security loopholes; it does not cut-off access to federal welfare; and it does not require completion of the border fence. Surprisingly, it delays and weakens the longstanding unfulfilled statutory requirement for a biometric entry-exit visa tracking system.

Judge Delays Injunction Ruling in Executive Amnesty Case
If Judge Hanen issues a preliminary injunction before the end of the month, it would freeze Obama’s implementation while the merits of the case are considered.
U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen heard arguments yesterday in a case brought by 25 governors and attorneys general to block President Obama from implementing another executive amnesty. Judge Hanen decided not to rule on the plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction before Jan. 30.

We’re facing the greatest national security threat we have ever known and there is no coherent plan to battle the enemy. This nation is so far behind the eight ball, the president and his minions won’t even name the enemy, no less fight it.
Name = Islam
Atotalitarian ideology bent on world domination ruled by one religion — an ideology that is infecting every aspect of our culture and which has the potential to destroy all of civilization.
The most brutal and ruthless enemy is advancing toward us and has infiltrated every arm of our government, and there is hardly a word said, no less a plan offered, as to how to beat them back. Quite the opposite. We are welcoming them with open arms. Giving them the keys to the kingdom.
No one will be immune to the evil that is coming. Democrats, Republicans and Independents; patriots and dhimmis; men, women, and children; the young, the old and everyone in between; rich and poor; Christians, Mormons, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, agnostics, and atheists; black, brown, and white; the educated and uneducated; public servants and private sector employees; doctors, teachers, roofers, truck drivers, lawyers, veterinarians, CEO’s, cooks, plumbers, dog walkers; as well as dogs.
America is the ultimate target of this evil. We either fight now, or face the unthinkable later. And later is much sooner than we think.

The 50 Most Violent Cities In The World
The United States has four of the world’s most violent cities.
They include Saint Louis (44), Baltimore (36), New Orleans (26) and Detroit (24). All four cities have strict gun control laws, and are run be Democrats. Maybe this will provide the impetus for rational thinking people to see the bogus relationship between gun control and crime. We suspect that only the good citizens of these four violent American cities obey the gun laws, leaving them vulnerable to those who do not.
What makes the report even more dire for the United States is that the overwhelming balance of the other nations on the list are from Central and South America, the countries that are feeding us with legal and illegal aliens. With President Obama moving on Amnesty, expect the floodgates to open wider, allowing the entry of poor people from these regions, looking to escape the violence, crime and poverty of their homelands. Let’s hope they are escaping from it, and not coming here to cause more of it.
