General – Priority is “surging mobilization” for the May 16 2014 event.
This means reaching outside OAS to email lists, letters to editors, Tea Party groups, churches, any and every opportunity to inform “we the people” that our nation is in jeopardy if we do not challenge the lawless, self-serving politicians in federal leadership positions.

A Mexican consulate is hosting monthly driver’s license test preparation classes. A community college is designing a 15-hour course to help immigrants prepare. And the state’s Department of Motor Vehicles has put together new audio materials in Spanish with months to go before the new licenses are issued.

California is in violation of the US Constitution which give the express authority to the Federal government to set immigration policy. Giving driving priveleges to illegal aliens is in violation of Federal law. How come the US department of Justice is not taking california to court like they did to Arizona. the double standard is obvious here. A State wishing to enforce the fedeal laws is taken to the court and states that ignore the laws are left alone. This means that whoever is driving the “bus” in Washington should be impeached for not upholding the constitutional laws of our country. California a “rogue” state on this issue should be reigned in by the Feds.
California is one of a slew of states that recently approved driver’s licenses for immigrants in the country illegally. As the nation’s most populous state and home to immigrants from many countries, state officials want the new license in California to be an example for other states to follow.
That slew of other states should also be taken to court. More reasons to impeach those responsible for enforcing the constitutinal laws of our country.

The bill widens the scope of public places where licensed gun owners are allowed to carry.
According to Fox News, changes to state law include allowing those with a license to carry a gun into a bar without restriction and into some government buildings that don’t have certain security measures. It also allows religious leaders to decide whether it’s OK for a person with a carry license to bring a gun into their place of worship.
Under the bill, school districts would now be able, if they wanted, to allow some employees to carry a firearm under certain conditions. The bill also eliminates the fingerprinting requirement for renewing weapons carry licenses.

They state that even though the federal government “is spending this country into the ground,” the best way to stop this abuse of power is to add new restrictions to those already included in the original contract (the Constitution) that forbid this type of overreach.
Those of us opposing an Article V convention, however, believe that the best way to stop the federal government’s constant disregard of constitutional limits on its power is for states (the principals) to enforce those limits.

Ryan Bundy, eldest son of Cliven Bundy, has become a master of everything there is to know about this situation and the legalities since this has been going on… covered everything from why the Enabling Act didn’t really “enable the federal government takeover, to the true complete history of the ranch ownership and debunking the story that it was only theirs since the 1940s, to exactly what his father meant in his unfortunate choice of words and *why* he brought it up- which I’ll just tell you now was an attempt to reach out and bring in more minorities- it was meant as an appeal to how the government has victimized and oppressed them…
It went from a one on one interview to a crowd of well over 50 and a full fledged press conference basically, and even Channel 13 got drawn in at the back of the crowd.

A few items related to the Bundy Raid by BLM – from a variety of sources. This is NOT going to go away – I suspect the *return engagement* will be FAST & Furious without any coverage by media. The OCCUPATION FORCE has our money – uses our equipment and manpower to destroy us. The sad part is how many MEN wearing a uniform will kill us because they have been ordered to do so. We have paid for the ROPE that hangs us as that old quote goes. Don’t forget all those ILLEGALS that have been allowed to wear a military uniform – they have no allegiance to America other than to be able to get all they can in benefits – they have made NO EFFORT to enter America LEGALLY – now we supply them with a uniform, arms and Ammo and the promise of citizenship.
The Occupation Force is beefing up (no pun intended) its’ army that will not be bothered by killing Americans.
We have allowed an ILLEGAL party to Occupy the Oval Office and from the looks of the campaign taking place there are three more INELIGIBLES being propped up by the GOP and the Media. (Cruz, Rubio, Jindal) Now it is clear why there has been NO OUTCRY from the GOP about Obama being ineligible – they had to set a precedence – of ignoring the NATURAL BORN status….. just as they have opened up all benefits to ILLEGALS.

At 1750 hours ET, I was contacted by my source within the Department of Homeland Security regarding the current situation at the Bundy Ranch. To put it bluntly, the people are being hoodwinked into believing that the situation is being resolved. It is not. It is a strategic de-escalation to fool the public. This source stated that the retreat of the BLM agents and the release of the cattle was actually crafted as a potential plan yesterday (Friday, 11 April 2014) based on the following:
1. A military assessment of satellite and drone surveillance imagery of the “patriot resistance. Drones under the control of the U.S. military were in use, taking real-time photographic images of not just the activity at the ranch, but “identifying the protesters, any arms and any supplies they might have or be carrying. “Mission accomplished.”
2. Real-time communication intercepts between patriots on-site and their off-site support;
3. Active monitoring of internet traffic regarding the coverage of events at ranch;
4. The monitoring of real-time video from the scene.
This source stated that a response by the patriot movement was anticipated, although exceeded their expectations. Although this was a real operation, they also ran this as a test case for future government operations once they saw the response. They were also actively managing the media, in some cases threatening to cut off White House access to anyone covering the event.
Despite this, the coverage by the alternative media began to create a public relations problem that was not easily managed. Note the lack of acknowledgment by the White House regarding this event. They are intentionally framing it as a state issue, despite the fact that all federal response has been and continues to be from the White House. There is a reason for this – a reason that has not been identified in any of the public reports to date. I will explain in further detail in a follow-up report on Sunday, after this source attends [redacted] to obtain more specific information about future federal operations. Regardless, according to this source, the government will take back ‘their land’ as they must to fulfill international obligations. It was never about grazing rights or anything other than (1) “securing clear title” to the land, and (2) further demonizing any patriotic resistance. It is my understanding, based on the information from this source, that it is a critical task to create a situation that will also advance their agenda of gun control and confiscation.

Chris Christie Dodges Criticism on His Support of Islamists
When asked at a Republican coalition event of potential donors to a presidential bid, Christie brushed off the criticism as ‘Internet BS.’
In November 2012, the Clarion Project discovered that four Islamists with extremist track records, including Qatanani, were members of the Muslim Outreach Committee formed by the N.J. Attorney General, Jeffrey Chiesa. Months after our report was published, Christie appointed Chiesa as an interim Senator following the death of Senator Lautenberg.
In September 2013, Clarion discovered that the same four Islamists, including Qatanani, remained on the Muslim outreach committee even after we reported on their backgrounds. An additional Islamist with a criminal background was identified, raising the number to five. Shockingly, one of the committee’s meetings was with top-tier law enforcement officials who briefed them on how to get homeland security grants for non-profit organizations.
The Council on American-Islamic Challenge (should read “Relations” not challenge.) (CAIR) honored Christie in September as one of the heroes making “outstanding contributions to pushing back against Islamophobic trends in 2011 and 2012.” CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas-financing trial and the Justice Department labeled it as a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood

Convention of the States.
This is exactly what theCOSpeople are promising, though. They state that even though the federal government “is spending this country into the ground,” the best way to stop this abuse of power is to add new restrictions to those already included in the original contract (the Constitution) that forbid this type of overreach.
Those of us opposing an Article V convention, however, believe that the best way to stop the federal government’s constant disregard of constitutional limits on its power is for states (the principals) to enforce those limits.
We realize that the federal government will treat any new amendment restricting its authority the same way they treat those already in the contract.
