On December 07, 2009 the Maricopa County Grand Jury handed down a 27 count indictment against Maricopa Supervisor Don Stapley and a 36 count indictment against Maricopa Supervisor Mary Rose Wilcox, alleging a conflict of interest, fraud, perjury, forgery and false swearing according to an article published in yesterdays Arizona Republic.

Among other things, yesterdays article revealed a scheme in which Wilcox allegedly facilitated the funding of more than 1 million dollars of county money to Chicanos por la Causa at the same time the non-profit was lending her $177,500 to operate a restaurant, El Portal, owned by Wilcox and her husband.

The indictment follows a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court on December 01, 2009 by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and County Attorney Andrew Thomas against numerous Maricopa public officials, including superior court judges, which alleges widespread conspiracy, federal racketeering, hindering criminal investigations and depriving their offices of resources.

The federal suit alleged various Maricopa County officials, including judges, conspired to hinder Thomas and Arpaios investigation into financial improprieties surrounding the building of a new county courthouse, judge fixing intended to hinder the criminal investigation and prosecution of Supervisor Don Stapley, and other matters, all originating out of Thomas and Arpaios aggressive anti illegal immigration policies and the enforcement of federal immigration law.

Arpaio characterized corrupt Maricopa County government officials as part of the good ole boy network.

Thomas Charges Chief Judge With Crimes

On December 09, 2009, as part of his ongoing criminal investigation against public corruption, Thomas filed criminal charges against Gary Donahoe, Presiding Judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court, charging three felony counts of hindering prosecution, obstructing a criminal investigation and bribery.

Chief Justice of the Arizona Supreme Court Rebecca White Berch, who assumed office several months ago after the former Chief Justice Ruth McGregor resigned in disgrace for using her office to promulgate Pro-Raza policies, ordered the case be heard by Pinal County Superior Court Judge William ONeil.

Warden Has Investigated Same Culture of Corruption

For the past four years this writer has used a public forum to expose what hes called the good old boys and a dirty little secret, which is: Pima County Open Border Policy and the widespread corruption of Arizonas legal and political institutions by businessmen and leftwing Pro-Raza influences.

For years, Pima County Legal Defender Isabel Garcia and her agency Derechos Humanos and the non profits Chicanos por la Causa, Border Action Network, No Mas Muertes, etc have been up to their eyeballs in aiding and abetting, enticing and inviting Mexican Illegal workers to populate Arizonas construction and hospitality industries and create the Nation of Aztlan.

For the past four years Ive spoken out against the exploitation of Mexican labor. The local media have vilified me and branded me a racist for Burning the Mexican Flaga symbol of the corrupt Mexican governmentand trying to defend Mexicos poor, all to divert public attention from the truth.

Warden asserts there is a direct connection between the Thomas/Arpaio indictments of public officials and ongoing criminal investigations in Maricopa County, including allegations of federal racketeering and the corruption of state judges, and his investigations of the same kind of widespread corruption in Pima County, all founded upon the criminal use of cheap Mexican Illegal labor and Open Border Policy.

Warden has been arrested 13 times for his public speech and has endured four criminal trials and numerous other criminal proceedings in an effort to bringPima Countys Culture of Corruption to public view.

Ive been impoverished by the legal actions the state has taken against me. Now Im bringing a Petition for Review to the Arizona Supreme Court charging Tucson City Officials have used the police and the courts to silence the voice of opponents of government corruption and Open Border Policy.

Everything Ive endured over the past four years was orchestrated by the same kind of Good Old Boys Arpaio speaks about.

The difference between Maricopa County and Pima County is very simple, Warden says.

In Maricopa there are a few elected public officials like Thomas and Arpaio who have the guts to stand up to corruption, and to use the law to take down the Pro-Raza hate groups and the Good Old Boys.

In Pima County there aren't. So We the People have to do it ourselves.

Its about time the American people started lending me a hand!
