1. I told the SOS member about the harsh criticism and nasty emails from some patriots simply because I won't release a name or details. This patriot apologized and stated they would tell their full story after their court date on January 15th. For now, they want the story known in order to
warn all patriots, but want all details and name private due to legal reasons, family protection, and one charge that could ruin their reputation. All charges are completely false!!! And one charge has no connection to our patriot.
2. The SOSer's attorney stated to his client that they were confident all charges would be dropped and the "case" was weakening by the moment.
And I confirmed with the SOSer that yes this all started by some post on the Save Our State forum. (We have discovered that one of our counterprotesters filed a complaint with a local law enforcement agency. Remember our enemies are trolling our forums.) This local law enforcement agency decided to issue a search warrant for "domestic terrorism". The attorney confirmed that one of the charges states "terrorist threat." (Thanks to the Patriot Act!!)
3. I told the SOS member about all the GREAT Americans who have sent donations for their legal fund, emailed support and legal advice. Our patriot did become emotional and was simply stunned by the acts of kindness. They stated that they could never repay everyone. I did take the liberty to tell our patriot that their freedom and story would be payback enough!! And that they were a GREAT American!! This patriot is DEEPLY touched by each of you!!! And wanted me to send a special thanks to Jeff of the SDMM!! (Thank you to another friend as well!!!!)
4. So for all those curious, after January 15th, there will be full disclosure. In the meantime, please pray for this patriot who is sitting in jail with a $600,000 bail simply due to being a patriot in our movement!! This could happen to any of us!!

First update since Saturday. He was arrested last Friday, Dec 21 in Long Beach. I just finally got some info from his attorney.
Our SOS friend (who still chooses to remain nameless for privacy reasons) was arraigned yesterday in Long Beach on minor (bogus) charges there. He was then transferred to L.A. County jail today awaiting further transfer to San Bernardino in the next few days. He will likely be arraigned there sometime next week on weapons charges and possible terrorist threat charges. His bail still stands at $550,000. These are NOT Federal charges.
He has a good attorney in Long Beach hired by his parents who is experienced in these types of cases and is confident this will be cleared up eventually. These charges likely stem from a false complaint by an open borders goon. We'll find out soon enough.
Sorry I don't have more news. We should have further updates next week. We have pledges for several thousand dollars to use if/when bail is reduced and we'll let you know if that money is needed. Hopefully he'll be released on his own recognizance after the second arraignment next week.
Thanks for all your input and well wishes. His friends plan to visit him while he's in custody. Nothing more we can do. Its in the hands of his attorney.

This will be my last update as I'm heading out of town for few days.
Thank you to the dozens of you who pledged to help out with bail. We have about $1700 pledged, but of course that is far short of the $55,000 we need to give to the bond to the bondsman to pay the $550,000 bail to get him out on bail before Christmas. Because of the 4 day weekend his attorney probably will not be able to get bail reduced until Wednesday at the earliest. Many of you in the L.A. area have figured out who this is, but he does not want his name released to the public at this time.
He is doing o.k. His friend Ed visited him in jail this morning and we're waiting to hear the results of their meeting. The press is rumored to be looking into the story so you may see something soon in the media.

Apparently Johnny Sutton has come to town in Long Beach, CA for Christmas instead of Santa Claus and has his sights set on an innocent former Marine and long-standing, law-abiding good member of Save Our State!
I've been on the phone with his hired attorney and closest friends all afternoon and here's the latest:
He was arrested last night on (apparently) trumped up charges and is being held on $550,000 bail in Long Beach Jail for a weapons charge filed in San Bernardino and a lesser (completely bogus) charge in Long Beach. They timed his arrest for Friday night in order to keep him in jail all the way through Christmas. His arraignment will likely be on Wednesday or later, and then he will be transferred 3-7 days later to San Bernardino to be arraigned there on some unknown weapons charge.
Not only that, but he had a plane ticket for last night to fly to his family's home on the east coast for a week for Christmas. LBPD called him yesterday afternoon and told him he'd be arrested at LAX if he tried to make that flight. They demanded he turn himself in by midnight. Being the good and innocent Marine that he is, he complied with the order.
Does this smell fishy to you? It sure does to us. From what we've gathered they are trying to say his two legally registered firearms that he's owned for 10 years are somehow illegal. He apparently never uses these weapons so this just doesn't add up. Of course on the search warrant executed Thursday morning when they bashed his front door in, they were able to also seize his computer with sensitive records of Save Our State on it. (same exact thing happened to me on March 21).
Our hunch is this is a witch hunt on the leadership of SOS using a lower level member to get at sensitive information on them.
Bottom line folks is unless we help raise bail for our fellow patriot, he's going to spend Christmas day in a jail cell and possibly weeks after that. We are researching bail bondsmen in Long Beach and San Bernardino and will have full details by tomorrow mid-day. Would anyone be willing to kick in some $$ in a nationwide effort to raise bail to free him either Sunday night or Monday and thwart the Government's latest political persecution of this innocent man? His family is not wealthy and will not be able to raise the bail on their own.

Right now there is a tentative rally for him outside the Long Beach Jail at 11am, Monday morning (if he's not out on bail). His friend Ed is organizing it. Ed knows his friend is getting a very raw deal! We all agree.

The SOS member turned himself in to his local PD tonight and is currently in jail. His lawyer did NOT go with him for some reason. We are hearing that he is being held on several charges. His friend that went in with him says they took him in the back and there was no word on if/when there will be any bail set. His friend has gone back home now and we will try to get details on his status first thing Sat. morning.
This is looking really bad folks. This feels like a giant witch hunt at this point. He has his arraignment on Wed. and they will likely hold him until then. He was supposed to fly back east tonight to spend the holidays with his family for a week. Now he will likely spend Christmas in a jail cell courtesy of Bush's Patriot Act. If anyone has any close connections with a Congressman, please call him/her about this in the morning. This needs to be looked into promptly!

I've been on the phone off and on since last night with Chelene at SOS. A long time good member of Save Our State (Mr. X) in L.A. County is being persecuted and we're not sure why. His home was raided yesterday while he was at work and his computer and guns were taken. The copy of the search warrant left in his house said it was based on him being a "domestic terrorist" with no explanation.
He is a former Marine and has never broken the law in his life. Then he gets a call today from the local PD telling him he cannot fly home tonight for the holidays and to turn himself in to the local police. If he does try to fly home, he'll be arrested at LAX. They told him to go to the police station tonight and he has an arraignment scheduled for Wednesday. Supposedly he will be charged with weapons violations even though his two guns are legal and registered.
We are not sure if he's turned himself in yet as of 7pm. This is most distressing in light of what has happened to me, Julie Adams, John Monti, and A.P. this year with false raids, seizures and bogus criminal charges. Mr. X says he feels like a political prisoner right now and is very afraid to submit to the police since obviously they want him for something other than the false charges they are making.
I'll keep you updated as I hear more. We need to standby to make a huge outcry over this if it is some kind of trumped up Patriot Act B.S. against a good legal activist!
