OPEN-BORDERS SENATORS PLAN END-RUN DREAM ACT AMNESTY
 
Friends, this is not a do-it-if-you-have-time request.
 
This is the most urgent kind of request for your action Friday -- and again Monday.
The DREAM Act (Amendment 2237 to the Defense Authorization bill) is a nightmare. It is a massive amnesty that extends to the millions of illegal aliens who entered the United States before the age of 16.
 
There is no upper age limit. Any illegal alien can walk into a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services office and declare that he is eligible. For example, a 45 year old can claim that he illegally entered the United States 30 years ago at the age of 15. There is no requirement that the alien prove that he entered the United States at the claimed time by providing particular documents. The DREAM Act's Section 4(a) merely requires him to "demonstrate" that he is eligible-which in practice could mean simply making a sworn statement to that effect. Thus, it is an invitation for just about every illegal alien to fraudulently claim the amnesty.

PENNACCHIO TO GOVERNOR:
ISSUE EXECUTIVE ORDER TO SEND ILLEGAL CRIMINALS BACK HOME
 
Morris Plains, NJ -- Assemblyman Joe Pennacchio (R-Morris/Passaic) is calling on the Governor to issue an executive order forcing state and county jails to enter into an agreement with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) which would allow background checks and deportation of illegal aliens convicted of "serious crimes" and DWI.
 
The recent directive from the Attorney General may not be enforceable because according to the Office of Legislative Services ‘no entity in New Jersey' has signed an agreement with ICE to date. "It makes no sense at all to have convicted criminals go free and still be here illegally because this agreement has not been signed," said the Assemblyman. The State Constitution allows the Governor to use his emergency authority to issue such an order.
 
Pennacchio also challenged the Attorney General to expand her directive to force county and state jails to enter into agreements with ICE but she has not done so. "I would hope that the Administration is not putting ‘political considerations' ahead of the safety of New Jersey citizens," concluded Pennacchio.

The formation of the European Union (EU) is the 'blueprint' being used to construct the North American Union (NAU). 
In an act of tyranny, our government is illegally creating the NAU by using secret meetings and deceptive double-speak to hide their pernicious, TREASONOUS, INCREMENTAL STEALTH.  They are making MASSIVE changes to our regulatory laws and calling them 'HARMONIZATIONS.'  
 What they are doing is degrading our legal standards to align  with Mexico's corrupt oligarchy and Canada's socialist parliamentary system. 
The only difference between the creation of the EU and the NAU is that it took 55 years for the European free trade agreement to morph into the EU. 
Unless we can stop them, they will accomplish the NAU here in a BREATHTAKING 15 years.  The One World Monopolists have already declared before our Congress, that our borders are to be eliminated by 2010.
