In 2002, Randy Graf challenged Jim Kolbe for his congressional seat in Arizona’s 8th District. Rep. Kolbe has been in Congress for 20 years and during his tenure there he has been a significant factor in making his district, which lies on the U.S./Mexican border, one of the most popular places for illegal aliens to come pouring across the border. Kolbe is a strong supporter of amnesty and is one of the primary sponsors of the current amnesty legislation beingoffered up to appease business interests and the cheap labor lobby.

Kolbe has thwarted Border Patrol operations and for the last seven years has injected language into “must pass” appropriations legislation to close the permanent Border Patrol checkpoints in the state of Arizona. Kolbe has also voted every time against allowing DHS (and INS before it) authorization to request the assistance of the U.S. military to secure the border when they need it. Recently, Kolbe voted against an amendment that would allow local law enforcement to assist in enforcing laws against illegal immigration. While Graf was outspent by Kolbe nearly 10-1 and was narrowly defeated in the primary election, Randy has already launched his campaign to defeat Kolbe in 2006.

Randy Graf is a Minuteman. He enthusiastically answered the call when the Minuteman roject was formed in April 2005. He was there on the first day in Tombstone, Arizona where he lent a hand to the Project’s organizers in ensuring that registration and orientation went off successfully. He was a part of the month-long event on the border.
And he was there as a featured speaker at the celebratory closing event of the Project.

Now is the time to take the Minuteman Project to the next level and it is time to send a Minuteman to Congress to represent American citizens who want something more done about illegal immigration and the lack of border security. The Minuteman Project can’t go on forever. We need to have the federal government take over and do the job that they are obligated to do.Randy Graf is ready and able, the target has been identified, and the goal is achievable. To do it, this Minuteman needs YOUR help and continuing support. Kolbe is a well-financed and powerful congressman. He spent nearly $1 million dollars in the last election cycle. Randy Graf needs to raise more money and gather more supporters nationwide during this election.

Imagine that...sending a Minuteman to Congress. You can help strike a blow against the powerful groups in Washington that continue to condone the massive violation of our national borders. You can be a part of taking Minuteman Project to the next level by helping Randy Graf get elected to Congress where he will serve alongside Rep. Tom Tancredo and work for you to stop the border invasion. You can’t vote for Randy Graf, but Randy Graf will vote for you. He knows the issues. He knows what needs to be done. He needs your continuing support now so that when he gets to Congress you will get his support.

Randy Graf joined me as an unsolicited volunteer on the month-long Minuteman Project… It is refreshing to know that a candidate for public office has the bold tenacity and passion necessary to face the serious challenges of an endless onslaught of illegal aliens invading and occupying U.S. territory. He did more than offer lip service to this clear and present danger to our country. He actually did something about it!

Randy's participation gave The Minuteman Project one of its finest hours and he made each of the 876 volunteers…proud to have served the state of Arizona. I support Randy Graf for Congress.

9-11 FAMILY MEMBERS SPEAK OUT AGAINST CONGRESSMAN JIM KOLBE AND HIS "OPEN BORDER" POLICIES

Our sons, spouses, brothers, sisters, parents, were among the 3000 innocent victims murdered by Arab terrorists on September 11, 2001.

We, and the other surviving family members of those killed, understand several obvious facts:

1. If terrorists can’t get into the U.S., they can’t carry out their plans to attack American targets.
2. The terrorists were able to enter our country because our laws on temporary visitation and permanent immigration were not enforced.
3. The millions of illegal aliens who are now in the U.S. acted as an ‘ocean’ which permitted the terrorists to hide in plain sight while they planned, financed, rehearsed, and carried out their conspiracy.
4. Our borders have been opened to illegal aliens and terrorists because people like Jim Kolbe have supported policies that ended our control over who entered our Nation.

Let us sum it up: the policies that Jim Kolbe and his sort have long supported created the conditions that allowed the terrorists to murder our loved ones.

In the coming Republican primary, you can help reverse the damage done by Kolbe’s policies -- by voting for Randy Graf.

Randy Graf understands that, as a Congressman, his first obligation under the Constitution is to protect Americans from foreign invasion and attack. Jim Kolbe thinks he’s in Congress to make sure that corporations that hire illegal aliens have a never- ending supply of this cheap labor so they don’t have to pay living wages to Americans.

Randy Graf understands that his obligation will be to serve American interests even though the Mexican Government prefers the policies of Jim Kolbe.

Randy Graf understands that the Reconquista Movement presents a genuine threat to the stability of the United States. Jim Kolbe couldn’t care less about that threat as long he gets campaign contributions from the illegal alien lobby

Randy Graf understands that every illegal alien, because s/he is “undocumented,” is a person whose true identity has never been verified. Randy understands, therefore, that EVERY illegal alien MAY be a terrorist, and no one knows which is an ‘ordinary’ illegal or a violent felon or terrorist. Jim Kolbe’s policies prove he doesn’t care whether illegals are terrorists or violent felons.

Randy Graf agrees with the families of the victims of September 11th that without secure borders, more 9/11 attacks are inevitable.

The people of Arizona cannot bring back to us the love of those we have forever lost. But the people of Arizona can remove from office Jim Kolbe - whose policies set the stage for 19 men to kill 3000 innocent people.

Please support Randy Graf for the Republican nomination in the 8th Congressional District. www.minuteman2congress.com
