Well folks, Civil War 2 is starting in Southern California.  My birthplace and my home is being surrendered to La Reconquista, it's the Alamo al over again.  As I tuned in to my early local evening news program tonight at nine o'clock on K-CAL 9, Los Angeles, I saw pictures of gangs of anti-American, open-borders protesters.  What were they protesting?  The California Coalition for Immigration Reform (CCIR) meeting with featured speaker, Jim Gilchrist of the Minuteman Project at the Garden Grove Women's Club (in the Los Angeles, California area).
 
The mob had surrounded the meeting hall and started attacking the cars of those entering the parking lot.  One elderly gentleman, fearing for his life, gunned the motor of his car and plowing through the group that had mobbed his car and were beating on his windows.  Two of the protesters were allegedly "hit" by the car and run over (though their freshly pressed clothes showed no sign of even a wrinkle when the pair posed for photos for the video feed).    
 
I stayed for the next hour of local news.  They led with the same story, but by now the police presence had increased.  Speakers had incited the mob with taunts about the Nazis running over their brethren.  Eventually, the police dispersed the blood-thirsty group by threatening arrests.  Fox 11 news at ten o'clock did similar coverage, but much later in their newscast.  CBS 2, the sister station of K-CAL 9, chose not to air the footage or talk about the incident.  At last check, none have the incident on their websites (though it is up on the local far-left website as seen below).
 
This is not an isolated incident.  Americans in cities across America are being denied their Constitutional rights to communicate amongst ourselves in public places and in peace.  In Baldwin Park a senior citizen was assaulted for protesting a seditious piece of graffiti covered "art" paid for by the taxpayers.  In Colorado, citizens were unceremoniously thrown out of a restaurant where they were meeting to discuss illegal immigration.  The group was then thrown out of a taxpayer-funded public park.  These are not isolated incidents, people all over the country are bumping into the new slavers and their slaves fighting against the American credo that, "We are a nation of laws."   Without our laws, we have chaos -- as we are seeing more and more often on the streets of our cities.
 
I am sending you all this warning:  We are not on the favored side of this issue, the issue of wanting our immigration laws obeyed and enforced.  Things are going to get ruff.  There are powerful forces arrayed against us.  Our government is against us.  The media is against us.  The left is against us.  Corporate oligarch are against us (notice that I did not use the term "Corporate America, 'cuse their ain't no Corporate America no mo'.)   And, last but not least, La Reconquista is against us and they can field millions of boots on the ground if we have the temerity to demand that our immigration laws be enforced.
 
You guys and gals who are going to Las Vegas this Memorial Day weekend, watch your backs.  The enemy has your location and it is feeling full of its power after events here in California.  They are sending out e-mails to their troops.  Things could get hairy.  Be prepared.

Breaking news: Two people protesting the minutemen in Garden Grove were hit by a car driven by what is presumed to be a minutemen or one of their supporters.

UPDATE: Local TV news reports are confirming the attack and reporting that the driver of the car was arrested. No information on the condition of those attacked.

UPDATE: In response, some pro-immigrant activists have pledged to come there to voice their dissent inside and outside the meeting place at 6:30 PM.

On June 25 a group of Americans will exercise their rights under
the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution to assemble and speak
in Baldwin Park, California [see www.SaveOurState.org ].  However,
it appears a concerted effort is underway by opponents of the
First Amendment to confront these Americans with intimidation,
threats and acts of violence.
 
I am respectfully requesting the assistance of the California National Guard
to protect these Americans from violent attacks designed to scatter them
and forever silence their freedom to assemble and speak.

The Battle for Baldwin Park Continues
Save Our State demands removal of seditious monument language

(Baldwin Park, CA) -- On June 25th, from 12-2 PM, SaveOurState.org will protest and demand that the city of Baldwin Park immediately remove seditious anti-American language from the "Danzas Indigenas" monument at the Baldwin Park Commuter Rail Station. The most offensive passage is a quote from Gloria Anzaldua, which reads: This land was Mexican once, was Indian always and is, and will be again."

On Saturday, May 14, 2005 fifty American Patriots were violently attacked by the Brown Berets de Aztlan and MEChA resulting in one elderly Save Our State member spending the night in the Intensive Care Unit with inner cranial trauma. Unfortunately, the Los Angeles Times and the San Gabriel Valley Tribune failed to report that any injuries occurred. If not for the fine work of the Baldwin Park Police Department and the 70 officers in riot gear, the situation could have escalated even further.

Judy Baca, the artist of the monument, Mayor Manuel Lozano, and the city council members of Baldwin Park insist that this monument was erected as art and that it does not promote sedition. In fact, the counter-demonstrators and the video that followed document the anti-American and "reconquista" sentiments that exist and further prove the necessity for the removal of the inflammatory and divisive language.

On May 11, 2005, Lora McLaughlin of CBS Channel 2 News in a televised news interview asked Mayor Manuel Lozano, "Would you like to see this [language] changed?" The Mayor responded, "Absolutely. But, I don't think the artist is in concert with us in making that type of change." On May 14, 2005 he roused the swelling ranks of counter-demonstrators by telling them, "This project will be here 20, 30, 40 years so your grandchildren will enjoy it." The Mayor has not been held accountable for this flop by the media.

Joseph Turner, Executive Director of SaveOurState.org states:

"The racial hatred that seethed from the crowd that gathered to protest against us was stifling. The attack they waged against one of our peaceful protestors was reprehensible. Their desecration of an American flag was unforgivable. Everything about that day underscores the simple fact that the monument is not merely art but a representation of an ideology that America is stolen land and they intend to reclaim it"

Once again, we implore the city of Baldwin Park to voluntarily remove these offensive passages by Friday, July 1st, in advance of the American Independence weekend. They must clearly demonstrate their commitment to America and their disapproval of treasonous sentiments. If this situation is not remedied, SaveOurState.org will take additional steps to ensure that the passages are removed.

On Saturday, June 25, progressive grassroots organizations, including the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition, are mobilizing a counter demonstration against the anti-immigrant groups "Save Our State" and the Minutemen. These racists want to tear down a pro-Mexican community monument. They seek to criminalize Latinos and dishonor their proud heritage. 

Emboldened by the recent passage of the REAL ID Act and Gov. Schwarzenegger's open attacks on immigrants, these racist groups have engaged in a series of anti-immigrant actions in the past months. They've been pushed back by the people's movement each time. On May 14, over 500 militant protesters counter-demonstrated against an assembly of 40 anti-Latino and anti-immigrant racists in Baldwin Park. "SOS" was protesting the same monument that they are targeting this Saturday. Anti-racist protestors, however, took over the street, blocked traffic and shut down a busy intersection. The people united to kick the racists out of Baldwin Park.

On May 25, more then 300 people demonstrated against Minutemen founder, Jim Gilchrist, in Garden Grove. Then, last Saturday, June 18 at Home Depot in Alhambra, 300 determined anti-racist protesters, including day laborers and community members, shouted down 25 anti-immigrant racists with "SOS." The people took over three corners of the street while the racists fled to one corner and huddled under police protection. "SOS" was forced to leave in defeat, while counter-demonstrators held a spirited victory rally. For photos of the above actions go to http://www.answerla.org.

This Saturday in Baldwin Park, the people will unite again to defeat the anti-immigrant racists. It is imperative that all progressive people and organizations come out to tell these bigots that they are not welcome in Baldwin Park, a city that is overwhelmingly Latino. We must unite and fight against racists whenever and wherever they assemble to attack oppressed communities. Join us in Baldwin Park to stop "SOS" and the Minutemen in their tracks.

An anti-immigrant group has targeted the largely Latino Southern California town of Baldwin Park for protests, likening the town to "occupied territory," all because of a 20-foot monument to Baldwin Park's heritage.
 
 
      
If eighty to ninety percent of the 18-20 million illegal aliens here in America today,
had come from Italy, Germany and Japan, instead of actually coming from Hispanic
and Latino countries, would La Raza (The Race), LULAC, MALDEF, MEChA, and the
ACLU, et al, be loudly advocating for open borders, protesting  and demanding that
illegal aliens receive driver's licenses and in-state tuition?  Why do they demand that 
illegal immigrants remain here unmolested and protected by 'sanctuary policies' and 
rail against any attempt to end the massive amounts of 'public benefits' they receive?  
Why are these groups so blatant in their support to keep our sovereign borders wide
open so that people of their race, can enter America with impunity?   Could it be pure
racism that motivates them?   The answer is YES!
 
We, the TRUE American people, will no longer allow the government of Mexico and 
their corrupt, treasonous Chicano consorts, to execute a de facto war  by encouraging
millions of Mexicans to illegally enter America?  It is an 'act of war'  that has reduced
our country to nothing but a lawless territory, with little or no sovereignty left!   It is
absurd for America to continue to live under wave after wave of invading 'armies' of
illegal aliens who will, by their sheer numbers, take over our  society, culture and
language! 
 
It is time for "We the People" to rise up and take back our country!

Baldwin Park, CA: The law firm of Lively & Ackerman, of Temecula, CA, has filed a formal governmental claim against the City of Baldwin Park, its Mayor, and Police Department. the firm represents Murrieta senior citizen Laura "Dottie" Dalton. According to the claim, "This governmental claim relates to an incident that took place on May 14, 2005, near the Danza Indigenas monument at the Baldwin Park Metrolink Station. The Claimant is a senior citizen who attended a peaceful protest against racism engaged in by the City of Baldwin Park through its support of a monument which denounces white and other non-Latinos. Specifically, there was a protest and counter-protest that took place on May 14, 2005. The issues that evoked the controversy specifically arise from the fact that the tax-supported monument has quotes that read “It was better before they came [obviously referring to Americans of European or ‘white descent],” and “This land was Mexican once, was Indian always and will be again.” The Mayor of Baldwin Park was present in support of the monument and the protesters who support the continued display of these racist, separatist and discriminatory comments."  The claim goes on to state that, "Mayor Lozano appeared to support racist comments made by protesters against Claimant, and endorsed discriminatory comments made by his fellow protesters. Other City Council members were also present at the protest, which eventually turned into an anti-white mob. [...]

Furthermore, many of the attendees at the event were known to be here in the United States illegally. Instead of enforcing the law against their illicit presence, and thereby reducing the risk of a large mob mentality, the members of the City Council present at the event actively discouraged any enforcement of the law and actually incited protesters to attack those who were near Claimant. After inciting the crowd, members of the crowd did actually start throwing heavy objects toward Claimant. Claimant LAURA “DOTTIE” DALTON was hit by a full bottle of water that was intentionally hurled at a high velocity at the Claimant at about 1:00 pm." The medical records of Ms. Dalton indicate that she suffered a brain hemorrhage as a result of the foreseeable violence escalated by the Mayor of Baldwin Park.The claim seeks one million dollars in compensation for medical bills, future medical expenses, and punitive damages. The claim also requests that the City of Baldwin Park eliminate the racist comments set forth in the challenged monument. It went quite well and was peaceful. We received an oral and paper invitation
from La Raza to  come inside the convention center and see what the conference
and La Raza was all about. The Philadelphia Inquirer also ran an add welcoming
all people to the conference.  
At the conclusion of today's protest we proceeded to go inside the
conference center to view the corporate exhibits. Once inside we were
encircled by police and asked for our names, phone numbers and our
ID's. We were then told to leave the premises. We were told that we
offended the conference participants. One of us, (Dottie from Baldwin
Park protest) was wearing an undocumented border patrol t-shirt and
was told that her clothes were offensive. They put on a big show for
the conference participants by swarming us and escorting us out of
the building.
The conference appeared to have many illegals and the police and the
La Raza organization didn't care that we pay taxes to support the
conference center. They didn't care about our rights. They only cared
about aiding the illegals and not hurting their feelings. We weren't
bothering anyone and were only viewing the exhibits. Some of the La
Raza officials showed great pleasure with our removal. We talked with
some members of the media inside and outside of the building. The
local NBC station "didn't have time" to follow up on our story.
Apparently infringing on the rights of American citizen's isn't
important. But covering the conference and the corporate sponsors was
important "news".
All the big corporate names and the U.S. armed services had exhibits
 inside catering to La Raza and the many illegals present. Most of the media
didn't seem to care much that there were so many people present breaking the
law. How dare American citizen's think they can be free to go inside a public
building in America that our tax dollars paid for!! How dare American citizen's
infringe on the space of illegals in America! What were we thinking?
I hope you can help us get this story out to the media that might
actually care. If you know of any media outlets that might give a
damn about this outrage please foreward this email on to them or let
them know.
