Illegal Alien Invasion: Remember in November Commentary by Frosty Wooldridge September 28, 2004
Since Time Magazine reported on September 12, 2004, “Who Left the Door Open” exposing America’s horrific illegal immigration crisis of 4,000 invading our borders nightly--Americans have sprung into action.
While their own elected representatives facilitate this invasion in violation of their oaths of office, Americans jumped to action at every level last week. The John and Ken Show at KFI in Los Angeles created the “Human Sacrifice of Elected Officials” which pinpoints, from citizen call-ins, the worst offenders of the public trust. Congressman David Drier, from Glendora, California, is now on the chopping blocks (metaphorically speaking) in that state. Drier has voted against upholding America’s immigration laws consistently while a member of Congress. He thwarts his duties to serve and uphold America’s laws. He’s voted for giving illegal aliens driver’s licenses, money for more anchor babies, diversity visas, chain migration, and most recently, he’s voted to give illegal aliens the fraudulent Mexican ID card. Even Mexico’s own banking system won’t accept the card because it is SO fraudulent and easy to get. Any terrorist can obtain one for a small fee.
Radio stations across the country erupt with illegal immigration talk. Black talk show host Tom Pope in Detroit, Michigan reports a nightmare proceeding in Michigan as illegals steal jobs from the working poor in the Motor City. He talks about how Middle Eastern immigrants are not assimilating while growing more arrogant. “We’re not Americans, we Muslims,” one said recently.
Team America run by Linda Muller and Bay Buchanan in Arizona fought to get Proposition 200 on the Arizona ballot in November. They succeeded. That states suffers 500,000 illegal aliens costing taxpayers over $1 billion annually in welfare services. It might be noted that Senators McCain, Kyle as well as Congressmen Flake and Kolbe, who violate of their oaths of office by not upholding immigration laws, are against the measure even though 75 percent of voters favor the initiative. It shows the massive disconnect from the electorate by McCain, Kyle, Kolbe and the appropriately named Flake. But the best idea so far exploded out of Las Vegas, Nevada last week. It’s one that could catch on with national passion in the weeks leading up to the presidential elections. It’s an idea right out of the history books touting “Yankee Ingenuity.”
Its inventor, Patricia Saye is running for Nevada’s 41st Assembly seat. She wants to be a servant of the people, not a politician. She provides the difference by quoting from Merriam-Webster Dictionary: Politician—A person engaged in politics as a profession; a person primarily interested in political office for selfish or other narrow, usually shortsighted reasons.
She’s running as a Stateswoman—one who exercises political leadership wisely and without narrow partisanship.
