When someone trespasses on your land, you have the right to ask them to leave. If that person does not leave, you have the right to call the cops. If the person still does not leave when the cops ask them to, the cops have the right to arrest that person. If the trespasser attacks you, you have the right to defend yourself.
All illegal immigrants are trespassers on USA soil.
Illegal is not a race. Illegal is a crime.
The USA belongs to American citizens only. We have the right to ask illegal immigrants aka trespassers to leave our property. If they do not leave, we have the right to call the cops. If they do not leave when the cops ask them to, the cops have the right to arrest them. If they attack us, we have the right to defend ourselves.
USA must protect ourselves from trespassers and foreign invaders aka illegal immigrants.
Otherwise we will lose our country forever.
By the way, Mexico's law states that they can ask for id any time they want to.
Arizona's new law states that they can only ask for id, if that person has already committed a crime.
Yet Obama and the Dems applaud Mexico's President for criticizing Arizona.

TRENTON, N.J. — Since moving to this city from her native Guatemala a decade ago, Herlinda, an illegal immigrant, has supported her family with restaurant work, but has had no way of proving that she lives here. Without government-issued photo identification, like a driver’s license or a passport, she said, she could not get treatment at most medical clinics, borrow a book from the library, pick up a package from a mail center or cash a check.
But this month she discovered a solution: a community identification card issued by a coalition of civic groups and endorsed by Trenton and Mercer County officials.
“When you don’t have a proper ID, they can humiliate you,” said Herlinda, 43, as she waited in the offices of a church where the cards were being issued. “I feel I belong in Trenton.”

BOISE, Idaho - A northern Idaho lawmaker says he'll push Arizona-style immigration reform if voters return him to the state Legislature.
Sen. Mike Jorgenson, a Hayden Lake Republican, still must survive his May 25 GOP primary, where he faces Steve Vick.
There's no Democratic foe for November's general election.

Immigration Control Program Morphing Into Prisoner Screening Program
In a November press release, ICE assistant secretary John Morton proposed that Secure Communities be in each state by 2011 and “available to every law enforcement agency in the nation by 2013.”
What Secure Communities is leaving behind with 287(g), Stana said, is the “patrol model,” where officers are given the authority to enforce federal immigration law while patrolling the streets.
He also said that by taking out the patrol model, Secure Communities might avoid the accusations of racial profiling by officers in the streets.
“By focusing on the jail model, that way there’s no profiling,” Stana said. “It’s, ‘We’re checking everyone.’”

Analyze Obama’s criminal response to Arizona’s new anti-illegal immigration bill.
1. Obama says it is unconstitutional. Ask the question…why is it unconstitutional? Protecting our borders from invasion is one of the 17 responsibilities that the U.S. Constitution dictates. The Mexican & OTM invasion has been in full stride since the 1960’s and many efforts have been made to stimulate the various presidents and congresses to uphold their sworn constitutional duties in the matter of illegal immigration/invasion. These numbers have swelled to 25-35 million, not the 12 million the corrupt federal government parrots.
2. Another question: on what basis do Obama & certain members of Congress have in asserting that what Arizona has done is unconstitutional when the federal government has sold out the American people, particularly white middleclass citizens, by not securing our borders and upholding federal law which has been in place since 1966? I refer to 8 USC and all its subsections dealing specifically with every minute detail regarding the illegal Mexican & OTM invasion. Therefore: the president and federal government have been derelict in their constitutional duties by not securing our national borders and have forfeited any right to challenge Arizona or any other state as being involved in an unconstitutional act.
3. We constantly hear corrupt politicians and media speak of our “broken” immigration system and reform is needed. Another lie. When these traitors speak of the system being broken and needing reform they are simply saying, award the 25-35 million illegals with amnesty and the right to bring in their family from the mother country.
4. Another one of the open-borders sects parrots, we must bring the illegals “out of the shadows”…right out of Asa Hutchinson’s play book. The fact is a citizen can go nowhere without stumbling over any number of illegal nesters. It is the traitorous politicians and bureaucrats who need to come out of the shadows.
5. Brutal gang activity…MS-13, along with many others who have infiltrated the whole of our society.
This day Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) made an absolutely incongruous statement regarding the national illegal immigration/invasion and the Arizona legislation. “Now is certainly not the time to address illegal immigration, we have a 10% unemployment rate (actually 17%) and we need these undocumented workers for their income”. Want to explain that Senator? No regard for the millions of unemployed Americans. Did I say McConnell’s statement is incongruous? It is downright stupid and traitorous. If there ever was a time to address the illegal invasion it is now! By the way, McConnell is married to Elaine Chao, former Administrator of the Maritime Commission and Secretary of Labor and daughter of the owner of the Chinese Overseas Shipping Company. This represents a huge conflict of interests.
Another Republican traitor, Senator Lindsay Graham (R-SC) has joined hands with the Marxist Democrats to award amnesty.
According to the criminally corrupt Obama, what was formerly known as the Democrat Party…now known as the Progressive/Marxist/Communist party and some Republicans, now Neo-Conservatives/Fascists/Globalists want us to forget that we are a collection of sovereign states…not the United STATE of America, and we are obligated to defend our sovereignty and integrity. The mantra being used by the federal government and many state governments (exemplified by Ark. Governors Huckabee & Beebe) “if the feds don’t uphold its sworn duty then the citizens of the various states are to lie down and be overrun by the illegal Mexican nationals & OTM invaders”…not so, gentlemen.
Our own people are selling out the Republic for filthy lucre and power, coupled with anti-American groups such as AIPAC, ADL, SPLC, and ACLU. Also the rabblerousing Mexican organizations La Raza (the Race), LULAC, Maldef, MeCha. All these organizations have in their armentaraium is constantly yelling “Racist”, “Anti-Semite”, “Bigot”, and any number of other incendiaries. These are the same people that today are fomenting unrest and hurling bottles at the Phoenix police officers.
Back to the political rubbish, Racial Profiling. Obviously, the best tool to identify illegal Mexicans and OTM’s is racial profiling. Who makes up the majority of the illegal population? Mexicans, of course. So, why by any standard would you forfeit your most effective tool in rounding up illegals? Illegals and their enablers cry “it violates Mexican illegals and Mexican American citizens’ civil rights”…..how? Exactly what are the “civil rights” of illegal aliens?
