It seems that what couldn’t be accomplished in 233 years by the mightiest armies in the world - the subjugation of the American people and their Constitution - is being accomplished by a Chicago punk and a radical Democrat Congress.
Now, as the first year of the Obama Administration draws to a close, our Constitution has come under assault by our own government - and even though no musket was fired, no bombs were dropped, and no buildings destroyed, once again the people of America must realize that we are at war.

Live report by telephone from the Mexican Border

Location - Sierra Vista, AZ eighteen miles southwest of Tombstone.
4:00AM - This morning Gene Barbetta one of the original members of Civil Homeland Defense was out on the border at 3:30AM patrolling for illegal aliens. He found five illegals sleeping in a gully. They were without water and Gene gave them all water. He called in their location to US Border Patrol and is now waiting for a patrol vehicle to come out and pick them up. They are speaking Spanish amongst themselves and by appearance look to be from Mexico . They are played out, tired and have no water, no food and nowhere run.
5:30AM - Two agents just arrived in a SUV marked Homeland Security
One agent said "Hey, your out here by your self." Gene replied "yeah". Agent "You got a weapon". Cowboy Gene "Sure," and showed him his legal in Arizona open carry pistol.
They have a new procedure whereby the agents have each illegal sign a statement that they were not abused by the citizen that called in their location. They took Gene's name and all five were put into the patrol vehicle.One of them said goodbye to Gene and they drove away.
Gene said that there are other American Citizens that go out alone on the border and patrol for illegals.
Patrols are not affiliated with any organization.

A little-discussed executive order from President Obama giving foreign cops new police powers in the United States by exempting them from such drudgery as compliance with the Freedom of Information Act is raising alarm among commentators who say INTERPOL already had most of the same privileges as diplomats.

At the ThreatsWatch.org website, authors Steve Schippert and Clyde Middleton gave their interpretation of the result.
"In light of what we know and can observe, it is our logical conclusion that President Obama's Executive Order amending President Ronald Reagans' 1983 EO 12425 and placing INTERPOL above the United States Constitution and beyond the legal reach of our own top law enforcement is a precursor to more damaging moves," they wrote.
"When the paths on the road map converge – Iraq withdrawal, Guantánamo closure, perceived American image improved internationally, and an empowered INTERPOL in the United States – it is probable that President Barack Obama will once again make America a signatory to the International Criminal Court. It will be a move that surrenders American sovereignty to an international body whose INTERPOL enforcement arm has already been elevated above the Constitution and American domestic law enforcement," they said.
"For an added and disturbing wrinkle, INTERPOL's central operations office in the United States is within our own Justice Department offices. They are American law enforcement officers working under the aegis of INTERPOL within our own Justice Department. That they now operate with full diplomatic immunity and with 'inviolable archives' from within our own buildings should send red flags soaring into the clouds," they said.

This is especially true in Arizona, the home state of Secretary Napolitano, where the southeast corner of the state is covered by 60 miles of Forest Service federal land known as the Coronado National Forest, which remains downright dangerous
