If KSM show trial goes on President Obama will be guilty of treason.
If KSM is tried for his 911 war crimes in a civil court in NYC it will amount to an act of giving aid and comfort to our enemies.
US Constitution: Article Three, Section 3 Treason
Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
KSM and his cohorts are enemy combatants.
They should be tried in a military court.
If this President does not cancel this trial he should be impeached for treason and should be considered an enemy of the people of this country for this treasonous decision.
No man or woman is above the law.

On August 16th in a UPA Report, is was indicated that President Obama had put two "devout Muslims" into high government positions. (Could you imagine saying two devout Christians)
In light of the recent decision to have 911 Muslim terrorists tried in civil court in NYC the placing of "devout Muslims" into government position must be analyzed in the context of who and what is this President loyal to.
The simple wisdom in our constitution of requiring a presidential Candidate to be a natural born citizen , whereby both parents are born in the country, is coming into focus now with this President who had a foreign born black Muslim father at a time now when we are at war with radical Islam. It is now obvious that this President has divided loyalties and the wisdom of our founding fathers is clear.
