A Political War.
It's not a shooting war, but it's a war never the less.
It's a war for the control of our country.
The case can be made that our Government is waging war against the American people by violating our Constitution and attempting to take our freedoms away.

.It is true that the misinterpretation makes mandated health care legal, but that is not the same as being constitutional.
The sooner we all accept that this is a real war, the sooner we can fight to win and use the acceptable practices of fighting a war.
Whether you call it a Revolution or a Civil War or an Insurgency it's still war.
The liberal counter culture takeover of our country began in the '60s and is now in control of our country.
They control mainstream media, Congress, The White House, our school systems, half of the Supreme Court, most state and local government agencies and most of corporate America and the minds of too many Americans.
Now the Winds of war have definitely turned.
The extreme radical Democratic White house and Congress have awoken the sleeping giant - the conservative American people.
Tea Party activity and the two victories in the New Jersey and Virginia Gubernatorial elections, where the voters sent the Democrats packing, clearly indicate that the American people are beginning to engage themselves in this struggle for our country and our freedom.
Now the leadership, of this American Revolutionary movement, and the rank and file, need to accept that this is a war and to fight this struggle as a war. We must give no quarter to our enemies. There is no middle ground and moderation is not an advantage in war.
One can look to our Constitution for some guidance on conduct.
Article Three, Section 3 Treason
Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

2. The constitution of the United States, art. 3, s 3, defines treason against the United States, to consist only in levying war against them or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

If war be actually levied, that is, a body of men be actually assembled for the purpose of effecting by force a treasonable enterprise, all those who perform any part, however minute, or however remote from the scene of action, and who are leagued in the general conspiracy are to be considered as traitors. 4 Cranch. 126.
If we accept that we are at war; are we then guilty of treason by definition, as we aid and abet our enemies, in our daily life.
Examples:
Subscribing to mainstream media publications and certain premium cable stations.
Doing business with companies that provide us with goods and services, who support our enemies.
Example: Pepsi supports la Raza. Tropicana is a Pepsi product. If you drink Tropicana orange juice you are unknowingly aiding and abetting your enemy.
Most of our consumer dollars go to financing our enemies.
Rule of thumb to avoid this is to do business with small local companies. Even better if you know which side of the conflict management is on.
Sending our children to government run schools is not only a form of treason by our definition but a form of conservative insanity. If one is not able to keep children out of government schools then monitor them and attempt to counter the progressive government ideology at home.
This all may sound extreme and somewhat bizarre but we are living in some very strange times.
Our country and our culture is at stake. We must fight this as a war and fight to win.
Our ideological adversaries do.
