Arpaio-gate Investigation Grasping at Straws
A federal government source who is very familiar with Arpaio's 287(g) program says that, in fact, more than 40 percent of the offenders arrested by Arpaio's task force deputies were Level 1 and Level 2 offenders, which are considered top priority for ICE to remove. Level 1 and Level 2 offenses are drug offenses; or violent offenses such as murder, manslaughter, rape, robbery, kidnapping; and property offenses such as burglary, larceny, fraud, and money laundering.

Microstates
A group will enforce their own rule set and the no-go zone will become a microstate. An increasingly commonly thing in European cities is the no-go zone. These are places where the police, medical rescue crews, and other government agents will not venture into. The areas are viewed as just too violent and/or risky to enforce rules. Following the rules of ungoverned spaces, anarchy does not reign for long. A former INS agent from NYC pulled his car over and said that we have got it only half right.
We should also call for the cessation of all immigration not only illegal. He said that 2 weeks after 911, 200 Pakistanis were allowed into the country.
