Welcome. Local 2544 officers are all Border Patrol agents. We represent other Border Patrol agents and non-supervisory employees in the Tucson Sector of the U.S. Border Patrol, covering most of the state of Arizona. We are the largest local in the Border Patrol.

Local 2544 is proudly affiliated with the Legal Defense Fund, and the law firm of Gattey Baranic LLP. These organizations support our members in administrative, legislative, civil, and criminal matters. Local 2544 was the first local in the nation to offer its members an Administrative Legal Plan utilizing attorneys to represent members in disciplinary actions, grievances and ULP charges. Our attorneys also assist in other types of representation not covered under the Legal Defense Fund plan.

We fully support legal immigration, but we stand firmly against illegal immigration. We strongly oppose any attempts to reward illegal alien lawbreakers. We have risked our lives to keep them out of this country. The slick politicians can call it "guest-worker" or "earned legalization" all they want, but it's amnesty. Some of these politicians have missed their true calling. They need to be working down at the County Fair selling tickets to innocent children so they can try to shoot a 14" basketball through a 12" hoop and win the big stuffed animal.

We tell the truth, we aren't afraid to tell the truth, and we don't care if some upper manager or politician gets his or her feelings bent because of what is on this website. Ask them to give an honest rebuttal to anything that is on here. They'll dive into a dizzying spin session so fast that you won't have any idea about what they're saying, even if they talk for hours. Trust us, we've heard the best of them and it is truly an "art form" with these people. You'll know you've been attacked by a true spin artist when you're left scratching your head thinking "What the hell did he just say?" Answer: Usually nothing, and that's just the way they like it.

Stupid Website of the Day (maybe the decade) - This is one of the most idiotic websites we have seen in quite some time. These people call for the immediate deportation of "all racist Europeans", but say they will let "non-racist Europeans" stick around for awhile to help them reclaim "Aztlan" (formerly known as the United States of America), and then deport them (they hate everything "European" but interestingly they want to keep America's "Constitution" in place, which was written by "Europeans") once they reclaim "Aztlan" (no mention of Mexico's anti-immigrant Constitution). But, we thought "laws" didn't mean anything? Nobody is "illegal", so how can you "deport" people when they've been here so long? They hate Spaniards, Minutemen, Mexicans who don't believe exactly what they believe, and just about everybody else, including Paul Harvey. How can you hate Paul Harvey? They are radically open-border and pro-illegal alien. No word yet on what will happen to those of us who happen to be part Mexican and part "European". We can only hope they let us stay in the United States....errr....Aztlan. Perhaps they will devise some sort of test, like eye color, skin tone, or maybe an oath along the lines of "I renounce that part of my blood which is derived of racist European stock. I hate my European ancestors, but I love my Mexican ancestors, as long as they too hated the Europeans when I was conceived". Yeah, that sounds good. Put it in the Constitution of Aztlan. What a dilemma for these racist organizations - ouch. No word yet on when Karl Rove will pander to, or, we mean, "address" this bunch and shed a tear or two over his "Swedish" ancestors. What a mess. Since Rove and Co. gave La Raza over 15 million taxpayer dollars (yes, $15 million big ones) last year to support things such as the Aztlan Academy in Tucson, why not give millions to this outfit as well so they can promote more racism, hatred, and secession from the United States. Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) Ensures Survival of Mara Salvatrucha - Senator Reid, in an unbelievable display of arrogance, struck down a portion of a Bill that would help us stop releasing illegal aliens from El Salvador. As we all know, once released they are never to be heard from again unless they get arrested for committing other crimes. They do not appear for their "immigration hearings" (a complete joke) and they are home free. It is almost unfathomable that a United States Senator would act with such reckless disregard for the safety and security of United States citizens. The Mara Salvatrucha is one of the most ruthless and dangerous gangs in this country. We have been stripped of our ability to do anything more than detain El Salvadorans for a while, feed them a hamburger, and issue them their walking papers. This will help ensure a steady supply of new gang members so they can continue to prey on people in this country. Great work!
