Barack Obama has not adequately proven that he was born a natural born citizen of the United States.
Under long-standing Supreme Court precedent [Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875)] the term “natural born Citizen” is defined as follows: “…(A)ll children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners...”
The precedent established under Minor v. Happersett has not been altered or amended in the 137 years since it was handed down. It is established law and it applies to Barack Obama just as it does to every other citizen.
January 3, 2012 will be long remembered as a historical landmark by true American patriots. It is the day on which The Hon. Michael M. Malihi, Deputy Chief Judge of the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings, issued a ruling denying Barack Obama’s motion to dismiss four cases alleging that he is not eligible to serve as President of the United States. The headlines screamed, “Obama’s Motion Denied, He Must Prove His Qualifications.”

NH legislators challenge Obama’s eligibility
Yesterday, a valiant judge in Georgia did what all previous Obama eligibility judges had refused to. Michael Malihi, Deputy Chief Judge of the Administrative Court in Georgia, ruled in four eligibility cases that Obama’s motion to dismiss is denied. This means Obama will have to stand trial and prove his eligibility for office.
At the same time, three New Hampshire state legislators — Representatives Laurence Rappaport, Carol Vita, and Lucien Vita — delivered an affidavit to the NH Attorney General Michael Delaney’s office regarding their belief that the people of New Hampshire had been “defrauded” by Obama. There are two areas that should be a nationwide concern for parents due to the pressure of certain political organizations and activist groups. I will only discuss one in this article due to the length. After checking my child’s homework one night, I found an entire chapter dedicated to Islam. I understand that the formation of religion is a part of history and therefore should be discussed briefly; however, the length and depth of material are completely inappropriate. In the Holt World History book, the Islamic World chapter covers the roots of Islam, Islamic beliefs and practices, Islamic empires and cultural achievements.

Last Hope: Rep. Landry Introduces Amendment to NDAA to Protect Americans from Indefinite Detention Without Due Process
Thankfully, Jeff Landry, a freshman Republican Congressman from Louisiana introduced H.R. 3676 which intends, “To amend the detainee provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 to specifically state that United States citizens may not be detained against their will without all the rights of due process afforded to citizens in a court ordained or established by or under Article II of the Constitution of the United States.”
I have been extensively covering the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, commonly referred to as the NDAA, and the incredible dangers it presents (including authorization for covert offensive cyberwarfare) since I was first made aware of its existence.

Obama fooled enough Americans during his campaign for President to get elected.
Now we are allowing him to transform America through his constitutional violations and health care mandates and we are doing little to stop him.
Shame on us.
Our Representatives in Congress are doing little to stop him and preserve the checks and balances provided by the constitution to block a burgeoning dictator.
It seems that we are sitting back and waiting for our Congressman to stop this, or maybe the Tea Parties will reignite themselves.
Where is the outrage and subsequent action from grassroots America to stop the decline and possible end of our Republic?
We are in a war for the survival of our nation. It's time for America to come off the ropes and start fighting politically.

The real buck stops with the American people.

All concerned citizens should set up an ongoing rally at their local Congressman’s office to pressure them to represent us.
Leave an American flag or a plant or other icon to let them know that you were there and you are watching them.
We all know too well what is going on; now let’s do something about it.
Forget the Republicans they are not going to save us. We have to save ourselves.
Our government officials profess to love Democracy; we’ll let’s show them what real Democracy is like.
It’s time to give our government officials a taste of what
an American Spring is like.

If our government officials both elected and appointed are not doing what they should be doing it then becomes the responsibility of we the people to take action. The real buck stops with us. This is our government. It time for Americans to leave the safety and security of their homes and work places and march on down to their representatives' offices and make some real noise. We must have one clear cut mission. One mission that most Republicans and normal Democrats agree on is Border Security. Let us demand that, and see that it gets done and then go onto another mission. We can not be fooled by the Republican dog and pony debate show. We the people must take action now. Hoping that a Republican victory in 2012 will resolve our problems is nothing but a fantasy that prevents us from taking real action to reclaim our country. It is time for boots on the ground. E-mails only will not preserve our liberty. Christmas Day did not stop Washington from crossing the Delaware to attack the British. It's time for us all to start "crossing the Delaware"
