The President, of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason,
Treason -Definition
Treason - the offense of assisting its enemies in war.
Impeachment
Impeachment, in the U.S. and Great Britain, proceeding by a legislature for the removal from office of a public official charged with misconduct in office.
Impeachment comprises both the act of formulating the accusation and the resulting trial of the charges; it is frequently but erroneously taken to mean only the removal from office of an accused public official.
An impeachment trial may result in either an acquittal or in a verdict of guilty.
In the latter case the impeached official is removed from office; if the charges warrant such action, the official is also remanded to the proper authorities for trial before a court.
The Process
The impeachment process is a two-step procedure. The House of Representatives must first pass by a simple majority articles of impeachment, which constitute the formal allegation or allegations.
Upon their passage, the defendant has been "impeached".
Next, the Senate tries the accused. In the case of the impeachment of a president, the Chief Justice of the United States presides over the proceedings.

But instead of being overcome with disappointment, attendees at the summit were jubilant about the fact that significant portions of SB 1070 had actually become law.
That this was not reported in the mainstream media should surprise no one. These details were even neglected to a large extent by the conservative media, which tended to be preoccupied with commenting on what commentators saw as the inappropriate nature of Judge Bolton's ruling.
But the fact remains that significant portions of SB 1070 were not affected by her ruling and are now law in the State of Arizona.
To take just one example, one section of the bill mandates a fine of up to $5,000 a day payable to the State of Arizona by any city which openly declares itself a so-called "sanctuary city."

I did a little research and found that California has the same law ( Penal Code 834b ) on their books and are complaining about Arizona just passing our New Immigration Law.

You see, the GOP (including their lackeys at Fox News) either really don’t know what a constitutional conservative looks like, or they do know what he or she looks like and don’t want them leading the party.
I believe the answer is the latter, but in either case, the GOP continually does nothing to groom constitutionalist conservatives for leadership.
Just the opposite: such people are routinely ignored, shunned, besmirched, or impugned.
(Can anyone say, “Ron Paul”?) Is it any wonder that by the time the general election comes around, the GOP candidate for President is usually nothing more than a Democrat-lite, or a “Democrat in Drag” to borrow from Steve Farrell.

Border Funding Lost
According to Washington officials, an issue during the voting has voided the Senates passage of the bill. Included in those $600 million would have been $176 Million for 1,000 new border patrol agents to form a "Strike Force" to be deployed at areas most needed and $14 million for communication equipment for new officers, but almost as quickly as it was all approved, it was taken back because attorneys say the bill was unconstitutional.

Yes, the same Elena Kagan nominated by the commander in chief to be the next justice on the U.S. Supreme Court has actually been playing a role for some time in the dispute over whether Obama is legally qualified to be in the White House.
Here's the connection. Kagan served as solicitor general of the United States from March 2009 until May of this year.
In that role, she legally represented the U.S. government in numerous cases coming before the Supreme Court.
A simple search of the high court's own website reveals Kagan's name coming up at least nine times on dockets involving Obama eligibility issues.
