Message Text: We are losing control of our International Border with Mexico. Please do whatever is necessary to have emergency legislation passed to fund US Military to secure this area as prescribed in the US Constitution under Article I, Section 8. This situation is absolutely no longer acceptable and your prompt attention to this matter is expected

. In anticipation of your response to this request please note the additional comments below. Current proposals by Homeland Security to beef up the border with an insufficient number of National Guardsman, who are not prepared for the violent environment, is not acceptable nor is it the correct solution. And current proposals to send interior Homeland Security personal to the border is not acceptable. It leaves their posts open and they too are not prepared for the violent environment on the Border posed by the violent and heavily armed drug cartels.

 It’s time that Congress stopped playing politics with our Homeland Security.

 It’s time for all of you to do your job and protect us by securing our International Border.

 If you don’t think that you can deploy the Military to secure our border, then you must explain why nations have Military forces in the first place.

Supreme Court Justice’s that don't Defend and Support the constitution should be removed by impeachment.

"I, [NAME], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as [TITLE] under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

In their dissenting opinions, Justices John Paul Stevens and Stephen Breyer (joined by Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor) worry that overturning gun control laws undermines democracy. If "the people" want to ban handguns, they say, "the people" should be allowed to implement that desire through their elected representatives.

What if the people want to ban books that offend them, establish an official church or authorize police to conduct warrant less searches at will? Those options are also foreclosed by constitutional provisions that apply to the states by way of the 14th Amendment. The crucial difference between a pure democracy and a constitutional democracy like ours is that sometimes the majority does not decide.

Obama's national suicide via amnesty

In a speech on Thursday at American University in Washington, D.C., President Obama announced plans to enroll 15 million new Democrat voters by the year 2016 by way of an amnesty for illegal aliens. Then he denounced Republicans for blocking a "bipartisan approach" to that legislation.

Obama's problem is that over 75 percent of Americans want to see genuine border security as a precondition for even discussing amnesty legislation. Yet Obama and the Democratic majorities in the House and Senate are again trying the old bait-and-switch trick, which worked so well in 1986. They want Americans to accept a new amnesty as part of a "comprehensive plan" that includes a promise of border security somewhere down the road.

Americans are not buying it. Citizens want to see the border secured now, not as part of some dishonest deal for amnesty. And that, Mr. President, is a true bipartisan consensus.

Salt Lake City Council won't boycott Ariz.

SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The Salt Lake City Council has decided not to boycott Arizona businesses over the state's toughest-in-the-nation immigration law.

Salt Lake City does about $21 million in business with Arizona firms each year and was urged to join a growing boycott of the state by the Los Angeles City Council.
