In order for this nation as we know it to survive we must act aggressively to stop this invasion.

For starters, how about looking at your own watch lists? According to CBS News, the Pakistan-born naturalized citizen has been on a Department of Homeland Security travel watch list since 1999.
But our national security apparatus, with its kinder, gentler approach to terrorism or “man-made disasters,” needs to answer why this terrorist was able to travel back and forth to Pakistan, consort with terrorists, plant a bomb in the heart of New York, and then nearly escape to Dubai as everybody in federal law enforcement was looking for him.

Immigration Control Program Morphing Into Prisoner Screening Program
In a November press release, ICE assistant secretary John Morton proposed that Secure Communities be in each state by 2011 and “available to every law enforcement agency in the nation by 2013.”
What Secure Communities is leaving behind with 287(g), Stana said, is the “patrol model,” where officers are given the authority to enforce federal immigration law while patrolling the streets.
He also said that by taking out the patrol model, Secure Communities might avoid the accusations of racial profiling by officers in the streets.
“By focusing on the jail model, that way there’s no profiling,” Stana said. “It’s, ‘We’re checking everyone.’”

In the aftermath of the botched Times Square terror attack, Pakistani-born bombing suspect Faisal Shahzad's US citizenship status caused a bit of shock and awe. Well, wake up and smell the deadly deception.
Shahzad's path to American citizenship -- he reportedly married an American woman, Huma Mian, in 2008 after spending a decade in the country on foreign student and employment visas -- is a tried-and-true terror formula. Jihadists have been gaming the sham-marriage racket for years. Metcalfe to Roll Out Arizona-Style Measure Providing for Apprehension of Illegal Aliens

With no less than $728 million in annual state taxpayer costs resulting from Pennsylvania’s estimated and growing 140,000 illegal alien population, Representative Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) will introduce the newest and toughest addition to the National Security Begins at Home legislative package.
Metcalfe’s Arizona-modeled legislation would provide Pennsylvania law enforcement with full authority to apprehend illegal aliens and several other sweeping reform measures.
