Laura Ingraham is unwavering in her opposition to an amnesty for illegal aliens. Throughout the years she has reported on the issue and been outspoken that we need to be tough on cracking down on illegal aliens. My only beef with her is that she tried to paint Sarah Palin as being tough on illegal immigration when she clearly was not.

A Petition for redress by the citizens of the United States
The grievance pertaining to immigration.
The federal government has not adequately performed its duties under Article I of the Constitution to regulate immigration to the United States. Although it has at times passed reasonable laws under such authority it has failed time and again to enforce them in a satisfactory manner and by correlation has failed to defend the United States from invasion by those who would not abide by such laws and that the federal government has left the citizenry of this nation vulnerable to assault, battery, theft and harassment by illegal foreign agents.
We beg that this plea shall not fall upon deaf ears. For history calls us to realize how sovereign souls desirous of liberty and pushed to extreme limits by a burgeoning tyranny upon said liberties should choose to react. History also reveals how those within the tyranny and commanding its maw would also react to prevent such actions from transpiring and in the process imbue much further pain and suffering among the people to maintain their authority. We do not wish to repeat the acts of the past for they are horrid and unneeded by all reasonable souls. But in conclusion it should be known by those to whom this petition is duly directed that free persons will always fight fervently to remain free and sacrifice much in that pursuit. Let us all knowing this not go down a path stained red by the blood of patriots and despots alike who have met upon it in battle. Let us all live as free men and women under limited, just and restrained government. And let us have redress for these grievances quickly.
By the Grace of Almighty God on this day, March the twenty-sixth, two-thousand and ten in the year of our Lord I do proudly and boldly attach my name and pledge as my forefathers did my life, my fortune and my sacred honor to see that this redress shall be done!

Last week my Marine Corps. buddy and I were discussing the current state of America and the exchange eventually led into what the options for the nation were moving forward. He, like myself, has become very concerned about the direction this great nation is heading and he foresees America as quickly becoming far too weak to correct its course. He asked me straight, "What do you think needs to be done?" I responded, without even a second thought, that I thought there were three options that faced us; convert the hearts of Americans to embrace liberty through proselytizing on its virtues and retake our government through peaceful means, acquiesce to the current majority and join them in socialist misery or, lastly and ultimately, have an armed revolution that would either allow those of us that believe in liberty to part ways and divide the nation or that would retake the entire nation. I added that I did not believe that those who are currently destroying America would let us leave willingly and without a fight making that last option inevitable should they not be converted and considering that many Americans would never chose to join them willingly and would need to forcibly defend their right to cease being part of yet another failed socialist non-utopia utopia.

Liberal Judge Overturns Farmers Branch Law
Sometimes you really have to wonder how people like U.S. District Judge Jane J. Boyle ever graduated from law school much less get appointed to a position in the federal judiciary. We are often regaled with insane rulings form judges who obviously have no grasp on reality and, once again, we have just such a ruling.
Judge Boyle should be impeached for gross incompetence. No person this stupid should serve in such an important position. And if I were here, I would watch over her shoulder because based on the poll on NBC’s website regarding this story just 6% are “thrilled” with her twisting of the law. 3% are sad. And a whopping 84% are “furious.”
Yeah, I’d hire someone to start my car if I were her. The American people are not in the mood to deal with her insanity on top of all the other insanity going on right now.
