Arizona troops delay going to border

PHOENIX Officials say the first of the 300 Arizona National Guard troops to work under President Bush's plan to free up immigration agents for border security will begin arriving at the state's boundary with Mexico on Sunday.
The Arizona National Guard says the last of the 300 should be at the border by June 22nd.
The troops were supposed to begin trickling into the border today, but logistical challenges prompted a later deployment date.
Once they're in place, the Guard will monitor remote cameras, operate communications equipment and perform other administrative duties at Border Patrol stations in
